The Skip to Challenge feature is designed to help teachers keep their classroom in sync when some students fall behind in a course.

Skip to Challenge is a simple way to help students who are behind catch up—so your whole class can work on the same challenge at the same time.

🛠️ How to Use It:

  1. On the classroom's Progress page, use the dropdown menu (top right-hand) to choose the relevantcourse.

  2. Click “Skip to Challenge.”

  3. Tick the "Enable" option, instead of the "Follow Course Order" option.

  4. Choose the number of challenge you want everyone to work on and click "APPLY".

That’s it! All students in that class will now be able to access that challenge (or the furthest one they’ve already reached, if it's further ahead).

What students experience:

When students click “Continue Course” from the Courses page they’ll be directed to the Skip to Challenge point (if they haven't reached it yet). If they’ve already reached a challenge beyond that point, they’ll continue from where they left off.

This feature is especially useful when:

  • A student misses class and falls behind.

  • You want the entire class to work on the same challenge during a lesson.

  • You want to skip ahead to a specific point in the course for time or curriculum alignment reasons.

Note:
This only affects students who haven’t yet reached the challenge. Their progress isn't lost—they can still go back and complete earlier challenges if needed.
