In order to add a teacher, perform the following:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Teachers’ tab in the Admin Dashboard

  2. In the top right text field, enter the email of the teacher you would like to invite

  3. Click "Invite Teacher"

If the teacher is already a codemonkey user, they will be automatically added and receive an email notice.

If the teacher is new to codemonkey, they will receive an email inviting them to join and lead them to signup for a new account. Once signed up, they will be part of your subscription.

If the teacher is also a co-teacher in a different classroom, they will appear twice in the dashboard. Once for the teacher position and second for the co-teacher position.

In order to add a school (Optional), perform the following:

  1. Navigate to the "Teachers" tab in the Admin Dashboard

  2. Under the 'Schools' section, Enter the name of the school you would like to add

  3. Press "Add school"

*You can always edit the school name later.

* If you wish to delete the school, please contact us here.

*Once a school is added, the teacher will be able to select it from the classroom creation page (See below image)
