CodeMonkey's ClassLink OneRoster integration is available for importing classroom data from ClassLink to CodeMonkey. Teachers and students are then able to simply log in using their ClassLink Single Sign-On (SSO) and students will not be required to sign up nor enter a classroom code.

In order to import classrooms (with students, teachers, schools, etc.), your ClassLink Administrator will need to add the CodeMonkey application to the ClassLink Roster Server and set the permissions of what data to share. You can learn how to do that here.

Once completed, please notify your representative at CodeMonkey and provide your Tenant ID. CodeMonkey will then be able to import the classroom data from ClassLink.

Please note:

  • In order to roster using the ClassLink OneRoster integration, all previous classrooms on your CodeMonkey account will need to be archived.

  • CodeMonkey will import all of the roster data you have selected based on the permissions set on ClassLink so please be specific and make sure your data is correct.

  • If updates are needed on classrooms and students after the initial rostering, first update them on ClassLink and then let your CodeMonkey representative know so they can reimport/sync the data. CodeMonkey will not remove classrooms but only add new classrooms or update the student's list per classroom.
