The "OK" button doesn't work

You can try this quick fix if the OK button on a child's or student's account doesn't appear or respond.

There are times when students are unable to click on the OK button. Either because it does not appear or because it does not respond to clicking.

It is recommended to clear your browser's cache in those rare cases (below is an explanation for Google Chrome users, but this can be done with any browser).

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click the More icon

  3. Click Clear browsing data...

  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

  6. Click Clear data.

If your school or home uses a web filtering software, we recommend whitelisting the following links:
1 - app.codemonkey.com
2 - www.codemonkey.com
3 - *.cloudfront.net (meaning any subdomain of cloudfront.net)

4 - fonts.gstatic.com

Please also find attached the full CodeMonkey Technical Specifications doc. We hope this helps and do let us know if it didn't, by reaching out to us at Support@codemonkey.com.
