To set up Classlink on CodeMonkey, start by finding your Classlink Tenant ID on the Classlink Management Console. The Tenant ID corresponds to your school district, so make sure you have the correct one for your district. You can locate your Tenant ID at the top of the ClassLink Management Console (CMC) app screen.

Sync Your Roster on the CodeMonkey Platform
โ€‹* Can only be performed by the CodeMonkey subscription owner/admin

  1. Log in to your CodeMonkey user account.

  2. From the left-hand menu, navigate to the Admin Dashboard.

  3. Locate the "Sync your roster" button on the right-hand side of the screen and click it.

  4. A small window will pop up. Enter your Classlink Tenant ID and click the SYNC button.

*Please note that the sync will only pull as many students as the subscription seat allowance allows. For example, if you purchased 400 seats and try to pull 401 students, you will receive an error message. If you need to purchase more seats, please reach out to your designated salesperson or contact sales@codemonkey.com.
