Administrators on the CodeMonkey subscription account have the ability to generate many types of reports for all schools, teachers, and classrooms in the subscription.
From the main Admin Dashboard tab, you have a quick view of your subscription usage statistics. This shows how many schools, classrooms, students, and teachers that are on your subscription as well as a snapshot of student usage and progress overall.
Begin by ensuring you're viewing this years' active subscription from top right hand dropdown menu.
Under the "Admin Dashbaord" tab, you can generate a variety of subsription-wide reports by clicking on the "EXPORT REPORTS” button.
The reports available are usage, activity, course progress, and proficiency. You;ll find that some reports allow narrowing down the range by timeframe (set or custom).
These reports will download to your computer and can be exported in Excel as a spreadsheet for further analysis.
