Administrators on the CodeMonkey subscription account have the ability to generate many types of reports for all schools, teachers, and classrooms in the subscription.

From the main Admin Dashboard tab, you have a quick view of your subscription usage statistics. This shows how many schools, classrooms, students, and teachers that are on your subscription as well as a snapshot of student usage and progress overall.

Under the classrooms tab, you can generate many types of reports by clicking on the shish kabob “more options” button.

The reports available are usage, activity, course progress, and proficiency. Some reports allow you to narrow it down by timeframe as well.

These reports will download to your computer and can be exported in Excel as a spreadsheet for further analyzing.
