Most of our courses have a star scoring method. For each challenge, students can receive 1, 2, or 3 stars based on the quality of their solution. The stars are distributed in the following way:
The first star is given if the challenge is completed - the monkey caught all the bananas.
The second star is given if the user applied the coding concept that was specific to the challenge.
The third star is given if the code is short and to the point.
You will also see this star score rating method in your Progress Table within the Teacher Dashboard.
Here the stars are colored based on the value but have the same meaning as our star score rating method.
